Because the main material used for bronzing is anodized aluminum foil, bronzing is also called anodized aluminum hot stamping.

With the rapid development of hot stamping foil and packaging industry, the application of anodized aluminum hot stamping has become more and more extensive. Such as: book cover gilding, gift box gilding, cigarette, wine, clothing trademark and box gilding, greeting cards, invitations, pens, etc., with many colors and patterns, special editions can also be customized according to specific requirements. Hot stamping substrates include general paper, gold, silver ink and other ink printing paper, plastics (PE, PP, PVC, engineering plastics such as ABS, etc.), leather, wood and other special materials.

Anodized aluminum hot stamping foil mainly uses heat and pressure to transfer the pattern or text to the surface of the hot stamped material. To complete this process, a hot stamping machine, a hot stamping template (such as zinc plate, copper plate, silicone plate, etc.) engraved with special text or patterns, is required to heat to the required temperature, transfer the required pressure and maintain the corresponding elbow . It should be noted that when hot stamping different materials, the appropriate type of anodized aluminum should be selected, and the appropriate temperature, pressure, and stamping time should be selected to achieve the ideal stamping effect. The characteristics of bronzing: Clear and beautiful patterns, bright and eye-catching colors, wear-resistant and weather-resistant. On printed cigarette labels, the application of bronzing process accounts for more than 85%. And bronzing in graphic design can play a finishing touch and highlight the design theme, especially when used in trademarks and registered names, the effect is more significant.

Product application:

1. Ordinary gold, laser gold hot stamping. It can be used for hot stamping on most products, including gold cards, silver cards, laser cards and glass cards, and its application is more common.

2. Positioning holographic hot stamping. Holographic laser positioning anodized aluminum is a special process application in design, with corresponding anti-counterfeiting patterns, which can greatly improve the anti-counterfeiting ability of the product, and at the same time improve the grade of the product. This kind of anodized aluminum is generally produced domestically. Compared with foreign imports, the price is relatively cheap, but the bronzing performance is slightly worse. Holographic laser positioning anodized aluminum has a great relationship with the bronzing temperature, bronzing pressure and vehicle speed, and even the bronzing model.
