It is filled with a vacuum filling machine.

The vacuum filling machine is a machine that fills the bottle when the pressure in the bottle is lower than the atmospheric pressure. It uses continuous vacuum suction to pump the product into the container. The continuous suction is connected to a vacuum chamber and a special filling valve. The vacuum pump is produced.

The general process is: boxes with empty bottles are stacked on pallets, sent to the pallet unloading machine by the conveyor belt, the pallets are unloaded one by one, and the boxes are sent to the unloading machine with the conveyor belt, and the empty bottles are taken out from the box. The empty boxes are sent to the box washing machine through the conveyor belt, cleaned, and then transported to the boxing machine to load the bottles with beverages into them.

The empty bottles taken out from the unloading machine are sent to the bottle washing machine for disinfection and cleaning by another conveyor belt. After being inspected by the bottle inspection machine, they enter the filling machine and capping machine after meeting the cleaning standards. The beverage is filled into the bottle by the filling machine. The beverage bottles are capped and sealed by the capping machine and transported to the labeling machine for labeling. After labeling, they are sent to the cartoning machine to be put into the box and then sent to the stacker and pallet machine to be stacked on the pallet and sent to the warehouse.

Extended information:

The contents of the airless bottle can be completely isolated from the air to prevent the product from being oxidized and deteriorated due to contact with the air, and the breeding of bacteria, and its high-tech concept is used to upgrade the product. The vacuum bottle in the market is composed of a cylinder into an ellipsoid container and a piston placed at the bottom.

Its design principle is to use the contraction force of the spring to prevent air from entering the bottle, resulting in a vacuum state, and to use atmospheric pressure to push the piston at the bottom of the bottle forward. However, because the spring force and atmospheric pressure cannot give enough force, the piston cannot fit too tightly with the bottle wall, otherwise the piston will not be able to move forward due to excessive resistance; on the contrary, if the piston is to be moved forward easily and material leakage is likely to occur, Therefore, airless bottles have very high requirements for the professionalism of manufacturers.

The modern thermos was invented in 1892 by the British physicist Sir James Dewar. At that time, he was conducting a research work to liquefy gas. To liquefy gas at low temperature, he first needed to design a container that could isolate the gas from the outside temperature. So he asked the glass technician Berg to blow a double for him. Two-layer glass container with mercury coated on the inner wall of the two layers.

Since the thermos bottle is mainly used for hot water insulation in the family, it is also called a thermos bottle. The structure of the thermos is not complicated. In the middle is a double-layer glass bottle. The two layers are vacuumed and plated with silver or aluminum. The vacuum state can avoid heat convection.

Glass itself is a poor conductor of heat, and silver-plated glass can reflect back the heat radiated from the inside of the container. Conversely, if cold liquid is stored in the bottle, the bottle can prevent the external heat from radiating into the bottle.
